These Terms regulate purchases on ÁNIMA WOMEN’S SURF STYLE.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to them.
PRICES AND TAXES

Canary Islands shipments: IGIC applies

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL EXCHENGES AND RETURNS
In accordance with applicable European Union legislation, consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled free of charge within the first hour after they have been placed.
After this period, the order may already be in preparation or shipment, and we may no longer be able to guarantee cancellation. In such cases, customers may subsequently exercise their right of withdrawal in accordance with the terms set out in this policy.
2. Withdrawal Period
Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal:
* Before receiving the order, even if it has already been processed or is in transit.
* Up to 14 calendar days after receiving the product.
3. Orders Already Shipped
If the order has already been dispatched when the customer communicates their decision to withdraw, we may not be able to stop or intercept the shipment.
In such cases:
* The order will continue to the delivery address provided.
* Once received, the customer must arrange the return of the product following the procedure described in this policy.
* The refund will be processed once the returned items have been received or when the customer provides valid proof of return shipment.
4. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify us within the legal 14-day period using the withdrawal button available on our website or by contacting our customer service team.
Once the request has been received, we will provide the necessary instructions to complete the return process.
5. Available Options: Exchange, Store Credit or Refund
Once a return request has been approved, customers may choose one of the following options:
Product Exchange
Exchanges for another product available in our store are free of charge.
Store Credit
Customers may request store credit for the full value of the returned items. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
As a brand committed to sustainability and reducing the environmental impact associated with transportation, we encourage exchanges and store credit whenever possible.
Refund
If the customer requests a refund to the original payment method, a fixed return fee of €10 will be deducted from the refund amount.
This fee will not apply when the return is due to a shipping error, a defective product, or any other circumstance attributable to Ánima Women’s Surf.
6. Return Conditions
To exercise the right of withdrawal:
* Products must be returned unused, in perfect condition and, whenever possible, in their original packaging.
* Products must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and functionality.
7. Refunds
Once the returned products have been received and inspected, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Where applicable, the fixed return fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will be issued within a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the returned goods or from the date the customer provides proof of return shipment.
8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
We also reserve the right to make a proportional deduction from the refund amount if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality.
