Her surfing journey began at a school camp, and since then, the ocean has become her place.

For her, surfing is freedom, disconnection, and a deep connection with the ocean.

Her dream: to travel the world, discover new waves, and grow both in and out of the water.

@mariaandreswindsurfing was born in the south of Spain and started windsurfing at the age of 8. She was part of the Spanish Olympic team and has since been competing internationally, traveling the world in search of waves and wind on the wave sailing circuit. A true nomadic soul, she spends the year between Hawaii, the Canary Islands, and wherever the wind and waves take her!

20 years ago, surfing found me when I wasn’t even looking for it.

I saw a girl in a movie — free, healthy, happy among the waves… and from my city, far from the ocean, I felt a calling I couldn’t explain.That calling took me to California, to New York, and little by little the ocean became my temple, my therapy, and my greatest teacher.
